Dette skriver de på hjemmesiden: «Authors, writers and members of the literary community, who are not residents of Uusimaa province, Finland, are eligible to apply both for the Residency and the short-term accommodation. Applications for the longer-term Residency rooms require a working plan for a literary project during the Residency. No working plan is required for the short-term accommodation.»
